Tarts

All tarts consist of a house-made pastry shell alongside a house-made filling.
Our flavours include:
- Banoffee: A layer of caramel sauce, layers of fresh banana topped with buttercream and a dried bana to garnish.
- Salted Caramel: Caramel sauce full to the brim, with sea salt flakes sprinkes on top, a decoration of a buttercream swirl with finely shaved chocolate.
- Custard: An Australian classic, house made vanilla custard with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
- Chocolate: A smooth filling of chocolate ganache, with a drizzle of melted chocolate garnished with organic dried florals.
- Lemon: A thick layer of our smooth and zesty lemon curd, decorated with a touch of buttercream including a lemon wedge slice, dehydrated in house.
- Strawberries & Cream: One layer of house made vanilla custard, topped with house made strawberry coulis topped with a dollop of vegan buttercream & a freeze dried strawberry slice.

All items are excluding GST, the total of GST will be calculated upon checkout.
Due to the delicate nature of the contents, all catering boxes are unable to be posted.
